2. Free Trial & Free Tier
Twitter365 offers a free tier with limited features. We encourage you to try the free tier before purchasing a paid plan to ensure the Service meets your needs.
3. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if the Service does not work as described
- Refund requests must be submitted via email with a description of the issue
- Refunds are not available for renewal charges — please cancel before your next billing cycle
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Account suspension or termination by Twitter/X
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Change of mind after the 7-day refund window
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@twitter365.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
