How do I install the Chrome extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for Twitter365, and click "Add to Chrome". The extension runs 100% locally — no API keys or passwords needed.
Is my Twitter account safe?
Yes. Twitter365 runs entirely in your browser. We never access your password or API tokens. All actions happen locally on your machine.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to the Pricing page and select the plan you'd like. If you're already subscribed, your plan will be updated at the next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Please check our Refund Policy for full details.
The extension isn't working. What should I do?
First, make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome and the extension. Try disabling other extensions that might conflict. If the issue persists, email us at support@twitter365.com with a screenshot.
